習慣

Second step of habit

As I keep on trying, I don't know if it's really good.
I feel like I have to do something else.
I don't know how much is appropriate.
What should I do?

If you can, do it; if you can't, don't do it.
it's simple.
Habits become easier once you become proficient, and you can increase your load.
If so, you can increase the number of things you do.
However, it is a common example to increase too much and stop the first habit.
Let's increase little by little.
Unless you have a coach.
Even if you increase the number, if there is an environment where you can not skip, you can expect rapid growth by doing so.
After all, the point is how strict you can be.
